If your loved one has been diagnosed with a terminal illness, contact us to discuss whether The Journey Home is the right place for them.

Housekeeping

Our volunteers provide meals for our guests and help with laundry and housekeeping. We also have a Meal Train, and volunteers will often bring in meals for our guests' families as well. We know a home cooked meal can be a comfort during a difficult time.

Medical Care

Each guest at The Journey Home will have a medical care plan that is carried out by their hospice provider. Our highly-trained staff assist by administering guests’ medications and other routine medical care.

Everyone was very loving to us (the family) and to our loved one. They allowed several family members to stay with her and even took care of their needs.  All the volunteers were wonderful.  Thank you.
